  Always find the Peacock a great place to visit especially for the food which is always lovely
  The pub offers a fine selection of cask ales all at great prices and the wine choices for my partner are great . We highly recommend the Peacock as somewhere to go for a great lunch or evening meal we have never been let down by this pub

  Bought a Sunday chicken roast today Sunday 11June. Firstly, the veg was cold. Secondly the chicken was VERY dry, very chewy, and I could not swallow very well. Only three tiny potatoes as well. Yorkshire and gravy ok. I was offered the chance for the meal to be changed, but that was only at first when I discovered the veg cold, and had not tried the chicken. I asked for another portion of potatoes as they were so small and got charged 60p for it. Wish I had asked for a complete change beforehand, because I had not tried the chicken. The cost of £6.99 was not a bargain considering the content. Assistant was very nice, but will not eat there again.

  This pub always delivers top notch food and a cracking pint of carling. Where can you get a meal from nowadays for under a fiver served hot and always delicious. This pub will always be on my must visit list because the staff are always friendly the place is spotless food and drink always superb and most importantly for me it's one of the best places in Kettering to chill and have a great day or night time pint or meal.
