The manager did not apologise when it was raised with them - they offered a free dessert for myself and my partner and a discount on the meal, however when the bill arrived there was just a discount for the dessert and I was expected to pay for the non-vegan meal that I ate. Having been a vegetarian for well over 10 years I was fuming.
What was more frustrating is that they didn't apologise AT ALL.
My partner ended up paying full price for all the food and drinks consumed and I paid for my starter and drink. However given the service received and the fact my vegetarian meal contained chicken I do not think it should have been expected I pay anything for the meal I had. DO NOT RECOMMEND.July 18, 2016
